Innovative work behavior is one of the keys to trust and success for organizations. In this era, how form employees a challenge important innovative organizations see factors that cause in their employees. This study involved three variables, namely openness experience, ambidextrous organizational culture, behavior. By using 3 measuring instruments, The Big Five Personality Inventory (BFI), Innovation Behavior Scale, Ambidextreus Organizational as many 127 respondents were obtained bold self-report method. Researchers examined moderating role culture analyzed by PROCESS statistical technique developed Hayes. results showed positive relationship between OTE was proven be significant predictor employee F = 25.1475, p < .001, R2 .384.
